Vuonna 1996 DJ Stress nauhoitti todella tiukan 16 biisin boom bap hip hop albumin paikallisen MC:n Tone Benjaminzin kanssa USA:n Conneticutissa. Levy pysyi pöytälaatikossa aina vuoteen 2021, jolloin belgialainen label Hip-Hop Enterprise halusi tuoda hiphopfaneille kuultavaksi tätä todellista undergroundherkkua. ERITTÄIN VAHVA SUOSITUS!!!

DJ Stress on toiminut hip hopin parissa jo kohta 40 vuotta! Hän aloitti DJ:nä 1985 ja noin vuonna 1992 alkoi kiinnostaa tuottaminen.

Tone Benjaminz on monilahjakas MC, tuottaja, biisinkirjoittaja ja ääninäyttelijä, joka vetää moniäänisesti ja aggressiivisesti DJ Stressin tiukkojen biittien päälle.

Kaikki biisit on masteroitu alkuperäisistä DAT-nauhoista. Mustaa vinyyliä on painettu 100kpl ja paria muuta väriä 100kpl kumpaakin.

We hooked up with DJ Stress from Connecticut, a man who has been paying his dues in hip-hop for over 35 years now! He first started out as a DJ back in 1985 and around 1992 he started getting into production as well.

In 1996 he recorded a 16 track deep album with local Hartford, CT emcee Tone Benjaminz. An album that remained shelved until now, 25 years later! Tone Benjaminz is a multi-talented emcee, producer, songwriter, and voice actor who goes all out with gritty, multi-syllabic, aggressive lyrics over DJ Stress' hard hitting and grimey beats. All tracks were remastered from the OG DATS and the vinyl will be limited to only 300 copies total and that's it!
